快速康复理念在髋关节置换术围手术期护理中的运用效果

Application on rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of hip replacement

目的:探讨在髋关节置换术围手术期护理中运用快速康复理念的效果。方法:收治髋关节置换术患者24例,分为对照组及观察组,各12例。对照组患者予以常规护理干预,观察组患者予以快速康复理念护理。结果:观察组髋关节置换术患者Harris评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组髋关节置换术患者并发症发生率、住院时间以及住院费用均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在髋关节置换术围手术期护理中合理运用快速康复理念,能够使患者在生活质量得以提高的同时早日出院。

Objective：To explore the effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of hip replacement.Methods：24 cases of hip arthroplasty were treated,which were divided into the control group and the observation group with 12 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The patients in the observation group were given rapid rehabilitation concept nursing.Results：The score of Harris in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the incidence of complications,the time of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The rational use of the concept of rapid rehabilitation during the perioperative nursing of hip arthroplasty can help the patients improve their quality of life and promote the early discharge at the same time.
