全科医生如何做好社区儿童健康维护

How to carry out the health maintenance of the children in the community by general practitioner

目的:探讨全科医生在社区儿童健康管理工作中开展的价值。方法:选择实施健康管理的儿童365例,分为专科组和全科组,专科组115例,全科组250例。专科组采用专科医生社区儿童健康维护,全科组采用全科医生社区儿童健康维护,比较两组儿童干预效果。结果:专科组儿童健康管理数量115例,疾病检出数16例,治愈率62.5%。全科组儿童健康管理数量250例,疾病检出数39例,治愈率92.31%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全科组儿童依从率和儿童及其家长满意度均显著高于专科组(P<0.05)。结论:社区儿童健康维护工作期间,全科医生能够从多个角度展开健康检查与健康指导活动,有助于提升社区儿童健康维护有效性,且对和谐医患关系的构建也能产生重要影响。

Objective：To explore the value of general practitioners in the development of community health management for children.Methods：365 children with child health management were selected and divided into the specialist group and the general practice group,the specialist group was given health care to the children in the community by specialist,and the general practice group was given health care for the children in the community by general practitioner,we compared the intervention effect between the two groups.Results：In the specialist group,the number of children＇s health management was 115,and the number of disease detection was 16,the cure rate was 62.5%.In the general practice group,the number of children＇s health management was 250,and the number of disease detection was 39,the cure rate was 92.31%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the general practice group,the compliance rate of children and satisfaction of children and parents were significantly higher than those of the specialist group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：During the health maintenance work of children in the community,the general practitioner can carry out health inspection and health guidance from various angles,and helped to improve the effectiveness of the health maintenance of the children in the community,and had important influence on the construction of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
