药品库存管理的现状与设想

Current situation and assumption of drug inventory management in our hospital

通过分析医院药品库存管理现状,探索药品库存管理最佳模式,提高医院药品库存的管理水平,借鉴先进合理的管理方法对药品进行分类采购,合理控制药品库存,在保障药品供应的前提下,结合医院的特点,解决库存管理中存在的问题,做好科学储存与合理管理。结合现有药品库存的采购供应情况,通过回顾性分析、前瞻性分析,借鉴文献中所采取的方法,分析药品采购及库存管理可以优化的各方面原因,制定对策并实施,从而优化药库库存管理。采用ABC分类管理方法及"零库存"分类管理方法对药品进行分类采购,合理控制药品库存,优化采购流程,进而改善库存积压的问题,在保障药品供应的前提下,逐步提高在库药品周转率。

By analyzing the current situation of drug inventory management in our hospital,we explored the best mode of drug inventory management and improved the management level of drug stock in our hospital,we used advanced and reasonable management methods to classified purchase of drugs,controled drug stock reasonably,under the premise of ensuring the supply of drugs,we combined the characteristics of hospitals to solve the problems in inventory management,and did well in scientific storage and rational management.We combined the purchase and supply situation of existing drug stocks,through retrospective analysis and prospective analysis,and draw lessons from the methods adopted in the literature,analyzed all aspects of drug procurement and inventory management can be optimized,formulated countermeasures and implemented,so as to optimize pharmacy store inventory management.We used ABC classification management method and ＂zero inventory＂ classification management method to categorize and purchase drugs,reasonably control the stock of drugs,optimize the procurement process,and further improve the problem of backlog,on the premise of ensuring the supply of drugs,we should gradually increase the turnover rate of drugs in the warehouse.
