摘要
通过对安徽大学等11所高等院校人才培养方案、教学改革、课程体系的分析对比,构建了培养新时代物流创新创业型人才"1444"的培养体系:树立新时代物流创新创业型人才1个目标,瞄准学生综合素养、专业知识、实践能力、兴趣特长4个维度,构建学校为本、市场主导、政府引领、协会推动4个协同,完善双创文化、师资队伍、资源平台、管理制度4个支撑,培养高质量物流管理创新创业型人才。
This paper establishes a 1444 training system of the innovative and entrepreneurial logistics talents in the new era wherein, 1stands for the one goal which is the training of the innovative and entrepreneurial logistics talents in the new era, the first 4 for the fourdimensions which are the comprehensive quality, professional knowledge, practical ability and interest and specialty of the students, thesecond 4 for the synergy of school orientation, market guidance, government leadership and association support, and the last 4 for the foursupports which are the innovative and entrepreneurial culture, teaching resource construction, resource platform and administrativeinstitution.
