北京市成立区域医养联合体,通过互联网+远程+智慧医养模式,针对老人开展个性化的健康管理,提供远程的慢病指导、医疗咨询及居家养老服务,实现区域内医养结合、分级管理、资源共享、服务协同,解决了养老事业中老人最关心的医疗问题,实现了医院、医生、社区老人、家属、养老机构的医疗信息互联互通,做到真正的互联网+医养结合。但在模式推广过程中也存在一定的不足:由于老人对电子产品相对了解不多,需要家庭医生或者照护者的帮助,模式中医疗行为的费用报销存在问题,相关政策的扶持不到位等。应进一步完善相关的技术及规范,做好效果评估,推动医养结合的可持续性,促进我国养老事业的发展。

But there is a certain shortage in the process of mode expand. Because of the elders have little understanding of electronic products, they need the assist from family doctors or protectors. The cost reimbursement of medical treat- ment in the mode, the support of relevant policies and so on. In the future work, we need to further improve the related technologies and norms, do a good job of evaluation, promote the sustainability of medical and nursing integration, so as to promote the development of pension in China.
