摘要
栾川三道庄钼钨多金属矿针对选钼中使用的高效抑铜药剂氰化钠具有剧毒、残留在水中无法分解、对环境污染较大的问题,选用低毒的巯基乙酸钠代替氰化钠进行了为期25 d的工业试验,试验通过调整不同单耗的巯基乙酸钠用量,检测精矿中铜杂质含量的变化,对工业试验过程中存在的一系列问题进行了分析,指出了巯基乙酸钠在选厂铜钼浮选分离使用过程中应注意的问题,并给出了下一步巯基乙酸钠工业试验的建议。
Aiming at the high efficient copper-suppressing agent sodium cyanide existing problems that highly toxic, indissolubility of the residue in water, great pollution to environment, a 25-day industrial test was conducted by using a low-toxic sodium thioglycolate instead of sodium cyanide in sandaozhuang molybdenum-tungsten polymetallic ore dressing plant. By adjusting the amount of sodium thioglycolate with different unit consumption,the change of copper impurity content in the concentrate was detected. A series of problems existing in the test were analyzed. The problems of sodium thioglycolate used in the process of copper and molybdenum separation flotation that should be noted were pointed out, some sug- gestions opinions on the industrial test of sodium thioglycolate were given.
