摘要
为有效降低矿山爆破振动对矿区周边民房、办公楼等建筑物的影响,以安徽某露天矿山为例,对爆破降振技术措施进行了研究。研究表明:采用逐孔起爆技术、改变传爆方向和孔底放置空气间隔器等措施,可在一定程度上降低爆破过程中的振动效应;综合采用3种降振措施,可将爆破振动速度降低40%左右,有效减轻了爆破振动有害效应对矿区周边环境的影响,可为同类型的露天矿山爆破振动控制提供参考。
In order to reduce the impact of blasting vibration on the construction of residential hou- ses and office buildings around mining area, taking an open-pit mine in Anhui Province as the study ex- ample, the technical measures for reduction of the blasting vibration of the mining area are studied. The study results show that the blasting vibration effects during the process of blasting can be reduced to a cer- tain extent by adopting hole-by-hole blasting technique, changing the direction of blasting transmission and placing the air spacer at the bottom of the blasting holes;the blasting vibration velocity can be re- duced about 40% through integrated application of the above three methods, which can effectively reduce the harmful effect of blasting vibration effects on surrounding environment of the mining area, besides that, it can also provide reliable reference for the reduction of blasting vibration of the other mines.
