摘要
透明氯化钠晶体具有环保、稳定、易获取、易加工、易消除等特点,在现代工业、激光、医疗等方面有非常重要的应用基础.文章研究了酸碱度对蒸发法生长氯化钠晶体的影响,结果表明:NaCl晶体的生长不仅依赖于蒸发温度,同时对酸碱度也非常敏感.通过对获得最佳晶体的实验条件总结发现,碱性环境更有利于NaCl晶体的生长,同时蒸发温度越高,要求的pH值也越高.现阶段实验所生长出的晶体中最大尺寸能达到长约12.50mm,体积360mm^3.
Transparent sodium chloride crystal has the characteristics of environmental protection, sta bility, and so on. In addition, it is easy to obtain, to process, and to eliminate. Therefore, it has an impor tant application in modern industry, laser, and medical treatment and so forth. In this paper, we studied the effect of pH on the growth of NaCl crystals by evaporation. The results show that the growth of NaCl crystal depends not only on the evaporation temperature but also on the pH value. Based on the experimen tal conditions for obtaining the best crystal, it is found that the alkaline environment is more beneficial to the growth of NaCl crystal. Meanwhile, the higher the evaporation temperature, the higher pH value is needed. At the present stage, the maximum size of the crystals grown can reach about 12.50 mm, and the volume is 360 mm3.
