地铁齿轮箱组件的静强度分析与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对某型地铁齿轮箱组件,分析了齿轮箱组件实际工况,利用ANSYS对其进行静强度分析,根据有限元结果,对其静强度在试验台上进行了测试.有限元结果和试验台测试均表明齿轮箱组件满足设计要求,为后续装车提供了理论和实际依据,也为齿轮箱组件设计与试验提供了一种方法.经分析,大多数点的仿真结果与试验数据很接近,误差大多数在10%以内,表明仿真结果可靠,同时发现个别误差较大点所在位置,分析误差产生的原因. Aiming at a metro gearbox assembly,the actual condition of the gearbox assembly is analyzed,the static strength of the gearbox assembly is studied by ANSYS,and the static strength of the gearbox assembly is tested according to the finite element result. The results of test bench tests show that the gearbox components meet the design requirements,and provide a theoretical and practical basis for the subsequent loading and a method for the design and test of the gearbox components. After analysis,the simulation results of most test points and the experimental data are very close,and the error is mostly within 10%,indicating that the simulation results are reliable. Error analysis is also conducted for the location where larger error occurred.
