摘要
采用了理论分析方法确定了辊弯成型中辊轮的下压量、进给量和转角之间的数学解析关系.为了消除回弹因素对板料成型精度的影响,通过有限元仿真方式获取了回弹后工件的成型效果,并在此基础上开展了工艺参数修正.结果表明,研究成果可以将转向架盖板的一次成形误差控制在0. 1 mm以内.
The press amount,feed rate and rotation angle of the roller in the rolling forming process were analyzed by theortical method. To eliminate the influence of springback on the forming accuracy,the FE simulation was chosen to obtain the forming effect of the workpiece after springback,and the forming parameters modification were conducted. The results shows that the forming error of the bogie cover plate is within 0. 1 mm in a forming cicle.
