摘要
选取乳化液废液为研究对象,采用混凝方法对乳化液进行破乳.采用混凝剂硫酸铝及不同离子形式的絮凝剂,在硫酸铝使用量为3. 76 g/L及絮凝剂为阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺用量为0. 08 g/L时,最佳反应pH为6. 5,去除效果较佳,使得原乳化液COD去除率在85%以上.每升乳化液产生占总体约20%絮渣,混凝絮渣采用用量30 m L/L浓硫酸酸化处理,使得絮渣减量甚至消除,减少了废渣的排放.硫酸处理后的混合液作为破乳剂循环处理乳化液,循环次数约为7次.使得经济效益大大提升,且过程中不产生危险废弃物.
Aiming at the emulsion waste, the coagulation method is employed for emulsion breaking. Using coagulant aluminum sulfate and different ionic forms of flocculant, the optimum reaction pH is 6.5 when the a- mount of aluminum sulfate is 3.76 g/L and the amount of anionic polyacrylamide flocculant is 0.08 g/L, the removal efficiency preferably, the COD removal efficiency of the original emulsion is above 85%. When each liter of emulsion accounts for about 20% of the total amount of flocculation with coagulation flocculation dosage of 30 mL/L concentrated sulfuric acid acidification, the reduction or even elimination of the amount of waste can be reached. The number of cycles of sulfuric acid treated mixture as a demulsifier circulating emulsion is about 7 times, which makes the economic benefits greatly improved without producing hazardous waste.
