摘要
采用正交设计的方法,以锌矿渣,水玻璃为主要原料,Na OH和水调整配合比来制备地质聚合物.实验以水玻璃模数及水胶比为变量,用显著性分析的方法以抗压强度为指标探究锌矿渣地质聚合物的最佳配合比.结果表明,特定的地质聚合物配合比有较高抗压强度,90 d无强度倒缩现象.具有一定的实用性.
Orthogonal design was used to prepare geopolymer materials with zinc slag and water glass. Sodium hydroxide and deionized water were used to adjust the mix ratio,and water glass modulus and water binder ratio were employed as variables. The method of significance analysis was used to find the optimum mixture ratio of the zinc slag geopolymer by compressive strength index. The result show that the particular geopolymer has higher compressive strength,and the intensity retraction have not occurred up to 90 days,which proves the feasibility of this method.
