福建省农村电商扶贫模式的构建及对策思考

Construction and Countermeasures of E-commerce Poverty Alleviation Mode in Fujian Province

【目的/意义】福建省在电商扶贫工作过程中农村电商示范县、电商服务体系、规范运作、人才工程、农产品品牌建设等方面取得了显著成效。通过总结福建各地典型的电商扶贫模式以期为我国其他地区电商扶贫工作提供可鉴之资。【方法/过程】对福建省尤溪、长汀、建宁等地农村电商的模式进行调研和分析,总结了出各地典型的电商扶贫模式。【结果/结论】电商扶贫是一项系统性工程,福建省各部门和政府需要在政策、产业、人才、物流、技术、金融、营销、终端等维度进行全局建设,探索创新、因地制宜的电商扶贫模式,精准对接贫困地区经济、产业、人口,打赢电商脱贫攻坚战。

[Objective/Meaning]Fujian has made remarkable achievements in the rural e commerce demonstration coun ties, e commerce service system, standardized operation, personnel, and brand building of agricultural products in the process of e commerce poverty alleviation. In this article, we summarized the typical ecommerce modes for poverty alleviation around Fujian to provide reference for other regions. [Methods/ProcedureslBy investigating and analyzing rural e commerce modes in Youxi, Changting, Jianning of Fujian Province, the characteristic e commerce poverty al leviation patterns were summarized. [Results/ConclusionslWe considered that e commerce poverty alleviation was a systematic project. All departments, including the government needed to plan on policy, industry, talent, logistics, technology, finance, marketing and terminal as a whole, and explore innovative and adjustable models of e commerce poverty alleviation for the economy, industry, population of the poor areas exactly to help overcome poverty corn pletely.
