摘要
以往研究者们对介质阻挡放电(DBD)型电路等效模型的研究只是独立的从宏观和微观角度考虑,少有人从宏观和微观角度相结合的方法推导DBD型电路的等效模型。本文基于等离子体相关知识,从DBD型电路的宏观约束条件和微观放电机理入手,解释了在微观放电机理下的DBD型电路的宏观模型特性,提出了基于介质阻挡放电电路微观和宏观相关联的一种DBD型电路的等效模型。通过搭建DBD型电路实验平台,验证了提出的等效模型在不同实验条件下的正确性。
In the past,from the independent macroscopic and microcosmic point of view,the equivalent model of dielectric barrier discharge circuit was researched by the researchers. From combining macroscopic and microscopic method,few people derive the equivalent model of DBD type circuit. This paper based on the plasma knowledge,from macroscopic constraints and microscopic discharge mechanism,explained the macroscopic model characteristics of DBD circuit under microscopic discharge mechanism. Based on the microscopic and macroscopic,a type DBD circuit equivalent model is put forward. The correctness of the equivalent model is verified by the DBD circuit experiment platform under different experimental conditions.
