摘要
低噪声放大器是信号接收机第一级的主要部件,其设计和优化对接收机灵敏度的提高起着决定性的作用,基于优化放大器噪声性能的目的,通过对稳定性判别系数、噪声系数和三种不同功率增益的理论分析,提出了一种最小噪声系数匹配和输出阻抗匹配相结合的设计方法,在确定放大器的偏置电路、稳定性电路基础上,采用该方法设计了输入、输出匹配电路,并结合仿真工具对放大器电路进行了仿真计算,仿真结果表明,该电路在工作频率上的噪声系数达到了2.739 dB,接近理论最小值。
Low noise amplifier is an important module in the signal receiver, its design and optimum play a crucial role in the improvement of sensitivity of receiver. To optimize the noise performance of amplifier, by analyzing the stability coefficient, noise figure and three different power gain theoretically, this paper presented a method to design low noise amplifier by combining minimum noise figure with output matched networks. Based on the biasing circuit, stability circuit, the parameters of the matched networks were calculated by simulation. The simulation results showed the noise figure of the circuit can be 2.739 dB, approaching theoretical minimum.
