摘要
电路板生产的最重要设备是贴片机,基于将电子芯片器件高速高精度的安放在电路板上的目的,针对低速贴片机设计一套伺服运动控制系统。通过对运动控制器中的软件程序进行配置,设计子任务调用主程序,设计了人机界面,完成伺服驱动器三环控制参数的优化测试,并在实际贴片机上测试整套运动控制系统的性能与效果,实验结果表明,贴装速率达到2571cph,重复性贴装最大误差50μm,满足了设计指标要求。
The most important equipment of circuit board production is machine, based on the purpose of placing electronic chip devices on a circuit board with high speed and high precision.This topic mainly aimed at the low and middle speed patch machine design a set of servo motion control system.By configuring the software program in the motion controller, design sub task called by the main program, design man-machine interface, servo drive three loop control parameters optimization test, and test the performance and effect of the whole motion control system on the actual equipment. Experimental results show that the placement rate of 2571cph, repeatable placement of the maximum error of 50μm, meet the design requirements.
