摘要 基于差分式磁通门磁强计的工作原理,设计了一种基于ARM的数字式磁通门磁强计,替代了传统模拟电路对磁强计输出信号进行处理,采用ARM自带的12 bit A/D将磁强计信号转换成数字信号,使用ARM微控制器进行相敏检测、滤波和PID控制,用脉冲宽度调制(PWM)输出反馈信号,结合反馈电阻构成闭环系统。通过实验测试,该磁强计的量程为±60 000 nT,分辨率为1 nT,线性度可达到3.3×10^(-4),灵敏度温度系数为1.9×10^(-4)/℃。采用基于ARM的数字式磁通门磁强计设计方案,提高了磁强计对环境温度的抗干扰能力。 Based on the principle of the differential fluxgate magnetometer, a digital fluxgate magnetometer based on ARM is designed, which replaces the traditional analog circuit to process the output signal of the magnetometer. The ARM-based 12 bit A/D converts the magnetometer signal into the digital signal, uses ARM mieroeontroller to conduct phase sensitive detection, filtering and PID control, outputs feedback signal with pulse width modulation (PWM) and combines with feedback resistor to form a closed-loop system. Through experimental tests, the magnetometer range is ±60 000 nT, the resolution is lnT, the linearity reaches 3.3 × 10^-4, and the sensitivity temperature coefficient is 1.9 ×10^-4/℃. Adopting the design scheme of digital fluxgate magnetometer based on ARM, the anti-interference capability of magnetometer to ambient temperature is improved.
