摘要 合成设计追求医疗建筑全系统的融合。对各系统的空间规划、流程设计、环境控制、安防报警、末端集成及其相互关联性等进行精准设计,达成一张图纸做到底的目标。医用气体是医疗建筑中由若干基本装备组成的医疗保障的生命线,既有点的布局,又有面的关联。既是固定设施,又是一条永不停息的流动性生命保障实体。合成设计须在总图布局、空间规划、面积分配、系统集成上遵循医用气体运行管理规范,总图规划做好空间适宜位置及设备所需面积大小的合成;空间布局做好气体管道与其他设施空间关联性的合成;末端配置须做好气体端口的标准配置并集成与其他专业关联性要素;系统运行须做好信息管理系统与医院信息系统的合成,为管理提供便捷。 Assembling design asks for systematic integration of the whole medical buildings. It aims to precisely designing the space planning, procedure design, environment controlling, seeurily alarm, terminal integration of the systems in a design drawing. Medical gas is the life line of medical care made up of several basic devices in medical buildings. It involves both point and area arrangements. It is a set of fitted instruments as well as a ceaselessly running life-safeguard entity. Assembling design should be in a line with medical gases managenlent standards regarding the overall layout, space planning, area distribution and systematic integration. The overall layout refers to the appropriate localization and area combination of the devices; the space planning refers to suitable placement of gas pipes and other facilities; the terminal allocation requires the standard setting of gas ports; and the infonnation management system nmst be well linked into hospital ilfformation system to facilitate the overall managenmnt.
