新型高原弥散富氧设备的研制及实地性能测试 被引量:2

摘要 目的:针对高原低氧特殊环境,研制一种搭建富氧室的新型高原弥散富氧设备,并在高原进行实地运行测试,评价其应用效果。方法:采用膜法氮氧分离技术研制高原弥散富氧机,结合气肋型帐篷在海拔3 782 m搭建富氧室,对设备的富氧浓度、富氧流量、帐篷内外温度及湿度进行观测,并征集16名常驻高原、8名急进高原志愿受试者,在静息状态下分别检测进入富氧室前后的脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO_2)和心率(HR),进行自身对照实验并行统计学分析。结果:弥散富氧设备运行稳定,富氧浓度约27%,氧气流量约14 m^3/h。与帐篷外相比,富氧后内部温、湿度均有提升。静息状态下,受试者SpO_2明显升高(P <0. 05),HR明显降低(P <0. 05)。结论:新型膜法高原弥散富氧设备性能稳定、操作使用简单方便,抗缺氧效果显著,可改善平原人员进驻高原进行基础建设等的作业效能,维护其生命健康。 Objective: To develop a new type of oxygen-enriching equipment for oxygen-enriched room in the low oxygen conditions at plateau and perform trials to test the effect of the equipment. Methods: Based on the membrane which can separate the nitrogen and oxygen, a new plateau dispersion oxygen-enriching equipment was designed and combined with a tent to build an oxygen-enriched room at an altitude of 3 782 m. Then the volume fractions of oxygen, flow rates, temperature and humidity ( inside and outside of the tent) were detected. Then the pulse oxygen saturation ( SpO_2 ) and heart rate (HR) of 16 individuals who had stayed at the high altitude for a long time and 8 volunteers who entered plateau suddenly were examined in a testing state before and after entering the oxygen-enriched room. Results: The equipment run stably and the oxygen volume fractions at the export was about 27% . The flow rate was about 14 m3/h. And the temperature and humidity of the inside were improved compared with the outside. In a testing state, the level of SpO_2 increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and the HR decreased notably ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: This new-type plateau dispersion oxygen- enriching equipment based on the technology of menlbrane which separates the air runs stably and is easy of operation. It is expected to improve the health and working efficiency of the men towards the high altitude.
