美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗心律失常患者的临床效果及对心功能保护的影响

Clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine on patients with arrhythmia and its influence on cardiac function

目的探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪对心律失常患者疗效及对心功能保护的影响。方法选取我院收治的94例心律失常患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(45例,胺碘酮)与试验组(49例,曲美他嗪+美托洛尔),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组患者ST段压低、ST段压低持续时间、室性早搏、IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均显著降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者BNP、LVEF及SV均明显改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗可明显提高心律失常患者临床治疗效果,改善心功能及炎性反应,纠正心率失常,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine on patients with arrhythmiaand its influence on cardiac function. Methods A total of 94 patients with arrhythmia in our hospital were selected as thestudy objects and randomly divided into control group （45 cases, amiodarone） and experimental group （49 cases, trimetrazine垣metoprolol）. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the ST segment depression, STsegment depression duration, ventricular premature beats, the levels of IL-6, TNF-a and CRP in two groups significantlydecreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, BNP, LVEFand SV levels in two groups significantly improved, and those of the experimental group were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine for patients with arrhythmia can obviously improve the clinicaltherapeutic effect, cardiac function and inflammatory response, which can correct the arrhythmia.
