阿托伐他汀钙联合复方山楂口服液治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床效果

Clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with compound hawthorn oral liquid in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque

目的观察阿托伐他汀钙联合复方山楂口服液治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床效果。方法将80例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成患者随机分观察组(常规治疗+阿托伐他汀钙+复方山楂口服液)和对照组(常规治疗+阿托伐他汀钙)。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组IMT、颈动脉斑块厚度、PI、斑块面积、TG、TC及LDL水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合复方山楂口服液治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with compound hawthorn oralliquid in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods A total of 80 patients with carotid atherosclerosis weredivided into observation group （conventional treatment＋atorvastatin calcium＋compound hawthorn oral liquid） and controlgroup （conventional treatment＋atorvastatin calcium）. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Aftertreatment, the IMT, carotid plaque thickness, PI, plaque area, TG, TC and LDL levels in the observation group weresignificantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of atorvastatin calcium combined withcompound hawthorn oral liquid in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque is significant.
