补阳还五汤联合手术治疗腰椎退行性疾病的临床效果

Clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with operation in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases

目的观察补阳还五汤联合经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术(TLIF)治疗腰椎退行性疾病的临床效果。方法将我院收治的90例腰椎退行性疾病患者按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组予以单纯TLIF术治疗,观察组实施补阳还五汤联合TLIF术治疗。比较两组出院时及术后6、12个月VAS、JOA及ODI评分,并分析并发症发生情况。结果术后6、12个月,两组患者的VAS及ODI评分显著降低,JOA评分显著升高,且观察组术后6、12个月的VAS、ODI及JOA评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后均未出现明显并发症。结论补阳还五汤联合TLIF术治疗腰椎退行性疾病疗效显著,具有较高安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with transforaminal lumbarinterbody fusion （TLIF） in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. Methods Ninety patients with lumbar degenerativediseases treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random number tablemethod, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with TLIF alone, while the observation group wastreated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with TLIF. The scores of VAS, JOA and ODI at discharge and 6 and 12months after operation were compared between the two groups, and the complications were analyzed. Results At 6 and 12months after operation, the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups decreased significantly, while the JOA scores of bothgroups increased significantly, and the scores of VAS, ODI and JOA in the observation group at 6 and 12 months afteroperation were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. No obvious complications occurred in the twogroups after operation. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with TLIF in the treatment of lumbar degenerativediseases has significant effect, with high safety.
