分阶段引流管护理对胰腺感染手术患者术后恢复的影响

Effect of staged drainage tube nursing on postoperative recovery in patients with pancreatic infection

目的研究分阶段引流管护理对胰腺感染手术患者术后恢复的影响。方法将90例重症急性胰腺炎患者以随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组45例,观察组实施分阶段引流管护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组临床护理情况和护理后非计划性拔管的发生情况。结果观察组感染消退时间、日换药次数、伤口缩小30%时长及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组非计划拔管总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分阶段引流管护理缩短了胰腺感染手术患者感染恢复时间和住院时间,对患者术后恢复有较大帮助,降低了非计划拔管率,临床效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of staged drainage tube nursing on postoperative recovery in patients withpancreatic infection. Methods A total of 90 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into observation group andcontrol group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The observation group carried outstaged drainage tube nursing, and the control group carried out routine nursing. The clinical nursing situation andincidence of unplanned extubation after nursing in the two groups were compared. Results The infection regression time,daily dressing change times, duration of wound reduction 30% and hospitalization time in the observation group were betterthan those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence rate of unplanned extubation in the observation group waslower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Staged drainage tube nursing in patients with pancreaticinfection shortens infection regression time and hospitalization time, and is helpful for postoperative recovery of patients,reduces unplanned extubation rates, has a good clinical effect and is worth promoting.
