父母情绪和应付方式对脑瘫患儿情绪社会性发展的影响

Influence of parents' emotions and coping styles on the emotional social development of children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨父母情绪和应付方式对脑瘫患儿情绪社会性发展的影响。方法对我院收治的300例1～3岁脑瘫患儿及其父母进行调查。父母填写医院焦虑抑郁量表。患儿进行标准化中国幼儿情绪社会性发展评估。结果外显域阳性患儿父母焦虑和抑郁阳性率100.0%。父母应付方式中幻想及退避因子评分高,不成熟型168例(56.0%)。父母幻想和退避评分与患儿问题域评分呈显著正相关(P=0.000),解决问题维度评分与问题域评分呈显著负相关(P=0.000)。结论父母情绪状态、应付方式与患儿情绪社会性发展问题的产生关系密切。

Objective To explore the influence of parents＇ emotions and coping styles on the emotional socialdevelopment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 300 children with cerebral palsy from 1 to 3 years oldtreated in our hospital and their parents were investigated. Parents completed the hospital anxiety and depression scale, thechildren were assessed for the emotional social development of standardised Chinese preschoolers. Results The positive rateof anxiety and depression was 100.0% in parents of children with positive external domains. The scores of fantasy andback-off factors in parental coping style were higher, and 168 cases （56.0%） were immature. There were significant positivecorrelation between scores of fantasy and back-off in parents and problem domain scores in children（P=0.000）, and therewas a significant negative correlation between problem solving dimension scores in patients and problem domain scores inchildren （P=0.000）. Conclusion The parents＇ emotional state and coping style are closely related to the generation ofchildren＇s emotional social development problems
