综合护理在小儿急性腹泻中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in infantile acute diarrhea

目的分析和研究综合护理在小儿急性腹泻中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年8月至2017年5月收治的70例急性腹泻患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患儿腹泻停止时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为5.7%,显著低于对照组的22.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿急性腹泻患儿给予综合护理具有显著的临床效果,其可以有效缩短患儿的腹泻时间、住院时间,同时还可以降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze and study the application effect of comprehensive nursing in infantile acute diarrhea.Methods A total of 70 children with acute diarrhea admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to May 2017 were selectedas research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. Thecontrol group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing, the nursing effects of thetwo groups were compared. Results The cessation time of diarrhea and hospital stay in the observation group weresignificantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complication in the observation groupwas 5.7%, which was significantly lower than 22.9% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursingfor children with acute diarrhea has a significant clinical effect, which can effectively shorten the diarrhea time and hospitalstay in children, decrease incidence of complication at the same time, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
