甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射治疗伴2型糖尿病突发性耳聋的临床效果

Clinical effect of retroauricular injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate on sudden deafness with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨研究甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射治疗伴2型糖尿病突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法将于本院收治的伴2型糖尿病突发性耳聋患者中抽选出86例,将其平均分成观察组和对照组,分别给予两组患者甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射及地塞米松鼓室注射进行治疗,并对其治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率及听阀均值进行比较。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率较对照组高(97.68%>83.72%);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(4.66%<20.97%);观察组治疗后听阀均值较对照组对应值优,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对伴2型糖尿病突发性耳聋患者采用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射进行治疗,有效提高患者治疗效率的同时有利于改善其听力水平,且患者并发症少,安全性高,值得临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection in the treatment of sudden deafnesswith type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods In our hospital, 86 cases of sudden deafness with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into the observationgroup and the control group. Two groups of patients were treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate after ear injection and dexamethasonetympanum injection, and the total effective rate, the incidence of ungood reaction and the mean value of the hearing valve were compared. Rather.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （97.68%〉83.72%）, andthe incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group （4.66%〈20.97%）. The value of the mean value ofthe hearing valve in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of patients with sudden deafness of type 2 diabetes with methylprednisolone sodium succinate after ear injection is effectiveto improve the treatment efficiency and improve the hearing level, and the patient has fewer complications and high safety. It is worth popularizingin clinic.
