小剂量阿司匹林结合美托洛尔对老年心衰患者血液高凝及心功能的改善作用

Effect of low dose aspirin combined with metoprolol on Hypercoagulability and cardiac function in elderly patients with heart failure

目的探讨分析老年心衰患者使用小剂量阿司匹林结合美托洛尔的治疗效果,同时分析其对患者血液高凝和心功能的改善作用。方法选择本院在2016年7月~2017年7月收治的125例老年心衰患者,随机分为观察组(62例)和对照组(63例),观察组与对照组患者分别采用小剂量阿司匹林结合美托洛尔治疗和单纯的常规治疗,比较效果。结果观察组患者的血液高凝改善情况与心功能改善情况均显著高于对照组患者,与对照组患者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过研究发现在老年心衰患者治疗过程中采用小剂量阿司匹林联合美托洛尔治疗效果显著,帮助患者改善其心功能和血液高凝状态,提高患者的生存率,具备临床推广实用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of small dose of aspirin combined with metoprolol in elderly patients with heart failure, and toanalyze the effect on the improvement of blood hypercoagulability and cardiac function. Methods 125 patients with senile heart failure treatedin our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group （62 cases） and the control group （63 cases）. The observationgroup and the control group were treated with small dose of aspirin combined with metoprolol and simple routine treatment, and the resultswere compared. Results The improvement of blood hypercoagulability and cardiac function of the patients in the observation group weresignificantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through the study, it is found that small dose of aspirin combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failurecan help patients improve their heart function and blood hypercoagulability, improve the survival rate of the patients, and have the practical value ofclinical promotion.
