伤口造口小组在压疮管理中的应用价值研究

Study on the application value of the wound stoma group in the management of pressure ulcer

目的探讨伤口造口小组在压疮管理中的应用价值。方法回顾2016年1月~2016年6月本院开设伤口造口小组行压疮管理的临床资料,共抽取压疮高危患者1 000例,设为观察组,统计压疮发生率、护士压疮知识掌握程度、患者对护理工作满意度,并与2015年1月~2015年6月行常规压疮管理的对照组1 000例压疮高危患者就上述指标展开对比。结果观察组压疮发生2例,压疮率为0.2%;对照组12例,压疮率为1.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组压疮处理、压疮预防、健康宣教工作满意度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较培训前,培训后小组成员压疮病因、评估、预防、治疗知识掌握程度明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在压疮管理中应用构建伤口造口小组模式,可降低压疮发生率,增加患者满意度,提高护理人员知识掌握水平,对保障医院整体护理质量意义显著。

Objective To explore the application value of the wound stoma group in the management of pressure ulcer. Methods Recall fromJanuary 2016 to June 2016 of our hospital in the hospital to open the wound stoma group pressure sore management of clinical data, a total of 1 000cases of high risk of pressure ulcer patients, set the observation group, the incidence of statistical pressure ulcers, nurse pressure sores knowledge,nursing job satisfaction, and with the January 2015 to December 2015 routine pressure ulcer management of the control group of 1000 patients withhigh risk of pressure on the above indicators were compared. Results There were 2 cases of pressure ulcer in the observation group, 0.2% of thepressure ulcer and 12 cases in the control group. The pressure was 1.2%, which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of pressure ulcertreatment, pressure ulcer prevention and health education were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Compared with the training group,the training group members after the pressure ulcer cause, assessment, prevention, treatment knowledge to significantly improve the degree, therewere statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is of great significance to protect the overall nursing quality of the hospital by constructing thewound stoma group in the management of pressure sores. It can reduce the incidence of pressure sores, increase the satisfaction of patients and improvethe knowledge level of nursing staff.
