强制性运动疗法在急性脑梗死患者上肢功能康复中的应用

Application of mandatory exercise therapy in rehabilitation of upper limb function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的讨论强制性运动疗法在急性脑梗死患者上肢功能康复中的应用效果,为临床医师选择合理康复方案提供参考。方法随机选取2015年8月~2017年8月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者104例作为本次调查研究对象,采用数字盲选法将患者分为实验组52例和对照组52例,对照组患者在治疗中给予常规康复方法,实验组患者则给予强制性运动疗法,对两组患者上肢功能康复效果以及生活质量进行对比和分析。结果实验组患者的上肢动作研究实验(ARA)评分明显优于对照组,且组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,且组间数据差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死患者上肢功能康复中给予强制性运动疗法,可有效改善患者上肢功能的康复,提升患者的生活质量,临床应用效果较好,值得推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of mandatory exercise therapy in rehabilitation of upper limb function in patients with acute cerebralinfarction, and to provide a reference for clinicians to choose a reasonable rehabilitation program. Methods 104 patients with acute cerebral infarctionadmitted to General Hospital of Tifa coal industry group from August 2015 to August 2017 were randomly selected as the subjects of this survey.The patients were divided into experimental group （52 cases） and control group （52 cases） by digital blind selection method. Patients in the controlgroup were given routine rehabilitation methods, while patients in the experimental group were given compulsory exercise therapy. The effects of upperlimb function rehabilitation and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The ARA score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Thequality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the rehabilitation of upper limb function in patients with acute cerebral infarction, mandatory exercisetherapy can effectively improve the rehabilitation of upper limb function, improve the quality of life of patients, and the clinical effect is better, it isworth promoting and applying.
