泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床效果对比

Clinical efficacy of pantoprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage

目的对比泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床效果。方法选取本院在2015年10月~2017年2月收治的64例消化性溃疡出血患者作为观察对象,通过抽签法的分组方法分为对照组和研究组,各32例患者,对照组选择奥美拉唑治疗,研究组选择泮托拉唑治疗,观察并比较两组治疗效果、临床症状改善情况、不良反应发生率等相关指标。结果将两组治疗总有效率比较,对照组略低于研究组,组间比较差异无统计学意义;将两组停止出血时间、呕血次数、黑便次数比较,研究组均少于对照组(P<0.05);将两组不良反应发生率比较,对照组与研究组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效相当,安全性高,但泮托拉唑起效更快,可尽早改善患者临床症状,可作为优先选择药物推广使用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of pantoprazole and omeprazole in treating peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods Sixty-four pepticulcer hemorrhage patients who were admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to February 2017 were selected as observation objects. Theywere divided into control group and study group, 32 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole, the studygroup was treated with pantoprazole, and the related indicators such as treatment effect, improvement of clinical symptoms, and incidence of adversereactions were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the two groups was compared. The control group was slightly lower thanthe study group. There was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The bleedingtime, number of hematemesis, and number of melena were compared between the two groups. In comparison, the study group was less than thecontrol group （P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared, and there was no statistically significant difference betweenthe control group and the study group. Conclusion Pantoprazole and omeprazole have similar clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment ofpeptic ulcer hemorrhage. However, pantoprazole has a quicker onset effect and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients as soon as possible. Itcan be used as a preferred drug for promotion.
