PM2.5颗粒协同屋尘螨抗原Der p1在小儿哮喘发作中的机制分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :研究PM2.5颗粒协同屋尘螨抗原Der p1在小儿哮喘发作中的作用。方法 :96例哮喘发作患儿随机分为PM2.5组、屋尘螨组、协同组和对照组各24例,对比临床效果。结果 :对照组哮喘控制率显著高于PM2.5组和屋尘螨组,协同组最低;控制时间最短,其次为PM2.5组和屋尘螨组组,协同组最长(P<0.05)。干预后各组肺功能FVC、FEV1和PEF水平较前增加,且对照组明显高于PM2.5组和屋尘螨组,协同组最低(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组血清IL-25、TSLP和丙二醛含量明显降低,而其他三组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 :PM2.5颗粒和屋尘螨抗原Der p1可通过炎症反应和氧化应激影响小儿哮喘的治疗效果。 ABSTRACT Objective: To study the effect of PM2.5 granule coordinated house dust mite antigen Der pi in children with asthma. Methods: Ninety-six children with asthma were randomly divided into a PM2.5 group, a house dust mite group, a coordinated group and a control group with 24 cases each. Clinical effects were compared among these groups. Results: The control rate of asthma was higher and the time for asthma control was shorter in the control group than the PM2.5 group, the house dust mite group and the coordinated group (P〈0.05). The levels of FVC, FEV1 and PEF were all increased after treatment than before and furthermore were significantly higher in the control group than the PM2.5 group, the house dust mite group and the coordinated group (P〈0.05). The contents of serum IL-25, thymic stromal lymphopoietin and malondialdehyde were significantly decreased in the control group while were increased in the other three groups after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion: PM2.5 granule and house dust mite antigen Der pi can affect the therapeutic effect of asthma in children by inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress.
