巴基斯坦瓜达尔地区护理体系现状分析

Study on nursing system of Gwadar, Pakistan

对巴基斯坦瓜达尔地区基本医疗状况和护理行业基本现状进行调查,分析瓜达尔地区医疗、护理资源稀缺的原因,研究巴基斯坦护理体系,护理教育和护士注册分类的政策和法规,并与国内和国际的相关标准及现状进行对比分析。结果显示该地区护士资源严重匮乏,借此为瓜达尔的护理体系发展和为该地区下一步的医疗援助方向提供参考。

To investigate the basic situation of the medical and nursing system in Gwadar, Pakistan. The cause of the scarcity of local medical and nursing resource in Gwadar was analyzed and the situations of nursing education, nursing care system, nursing registration and classification were studied, which were compared with domestic and international relevant standards and situations. The results obtained showed that there was a serious shortage of nurse resources in this area. These results may provide an important reference for the development of nursing and the next step of medical international assistance in Gewadar.
