On the Guizhou ethnic culture rural tourism development and precision poverty alleviation

精准扶贫是我国一项重大的惠民工程,也是贵州地区三大发展战略之一。而精准扶贫的有效途径之一就是产业扶贫。如何利用贵州民族地区丰富的自然资源和人文资源来发展民族文化乡村旅游业并带动相关产业发展,进而实现精准扶贫的政策目标,已成为社会各界广泛关注的问题。以贵州省盘县大博米彝族文化旅游示范村和织金县"以那古镇"为例,基于产业融合的理论视角,具体研究了贵州地区民族文化乡村旅游开发与精准扶贫模式,作为贵州地区实施民族文化乡村旅游开发与精准扶贫工作的参考之用。

Precision poverty alleviation is a major project that benefit the people in China, and one of the three development strategies in Guizhou region. One of the effective way is industry poverty alleviation. How to utilize the rich natural resources and human resources in the ethnic minority areas of Guizhou to develop ethnic culture rural tourism and related industries has become a widespread concern in the community. This paper, taking Dabomy Yi culture tourism demonstration village in Guizhou Panxian county and Yina ancient town in Zhijin county as an example？ studies the development of ethnic culture rural touri.sm and the poverty alleviation mode in Guizhou from theoretical perspective of industrial convergence to provide reference for the implementation of ethnic culture rural tourism development and precision poverty alleviation in Guizhou region.
