摘要
目的通过应用中国修订版成人智力量表测定不同病理亚型颞叶局灶性皮层发育不良(FCD)癫痫患者智商,比较不同病理亚型对于患者智商的影响程度。方法患者为手术治疗的成人颞叶癫痫术后病理证实为FCD患者共62例,手术前采用中国修订版韦氏成人智力量表评估不同病理亚型颞叶FCD患者智商,比较其差异。结果患者总智商(FIQ):平均82. 24±9. 15;言语智商(VIQ):平均84. 27±8. 69;操作智商(PIQ):平均100. 24±13. 28。与正常常模均数比较,颞叶FCD患者FIQ较正常常模均数降低,其中VIQ也较正常常模均数降低。在颞叶FCD不同病理亚型中,结合型FCD患者FIQ要低于单纯型FCD患者,其中以VIQ下降更明显。结论颞叶FCD患者的智商水平低于常人;在FCD不同病理亚型中,结合型FCD患者FIQ水平要低于单纯型FCD患者,其中以VIQ下降更明显。
Objective The intelligence quotient of temporal lobe FCD epilepsy patients with different pathological subtypes was investigated by the revised version of the adult intelligence scale,and the effect of different pathological subtypes on intelligence quotient of patients was compared. Methods The patients for surgical treatment of epilepsy was confirmed by pathology of 62 cases of FCD before surgery,using China revised Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale Evaluation of different pathological subtypes of temporal lobe epilepsy patients FCD IQ,and the difference was compared. Results The results were FIQ: 82. 24 ± 9. 15,VIQ: 84. 27 ± 8. 69,and PIQ: 100. 24 ±13. 28,respectively. Compared with the normal norm,the FIQ of FCD patients was lower than that of normal norm.VIQ was also lower than normal norm. In the different pathological subtypes of temporal lobe FCD,the IQ level of combined FCD patients was lower than that of patients with simple FCD patients,and VIQ was also lower than normal norm. Conclusion The IQ level of patients with temporal lobe FCD is lower than that of normal persons. In FCD different pathological subtypes,the IQ level of combined FCD patients is lower than that of patients with simple FCD patients,and the decrease of VIQ is more obvious.
