摘要 为有效解决河南省淇河盘石头水库右岸鸡冠山单薄山体绕坝渗漏问题,设计采用帷幕灌浆法在水库正常运行状态下进行防渗处理。为验证设计帷幕灌浆参数在高水头动水状态下的合理性及可行性,进一步优化施工工艺,在帷幕灌浆施工前进行了生产性试验。生产性试验以鸡冠山防渗帷幕初步设计参数为基础,现场选取代表性试验区,采用不同的灌浆压力、水灰比进行灌浆试验,并对灌浆前后透水率等参数进行分析。试验结果表明:帷幕灌浆初步设计参数能够达到设计预期目的,先施工上游排帷幕的灌浆顺序效果较好;Ⅰ、Ⅱ序孔适宜采用孔口封闭灌浆法,Ⅲ序孔适宜采用分段卡塞灌浆法。 In order to effectively solve the seriousdam leakage problem of the thin mountain on the right bank of Qihe Panshitou Reservoir in Henan Province,a grouting curtain method was designed to prevent seepage under the normal operation. In order to verify the rationality and feasibility of the design parameters of the grouting curtain under high water head moving state and further optimize the construction technology,productive test was carried out before grouting curtain construction. Based on the basic design parameters of the anti-seepage curtain of Jiguan mountain,a representative test area was selected by the production test. Different grouting pressures and water-ash ratios were used for the grouting test. The experimental results verify that the application of initial design parameters of grouting curtain can meet the design expectations; grouting the upstream curtain first is better; the sealing grouting method of orifice is suitable for the Ⅰ and Ⅱ sequence holes and the sectional grouting method is suitable for the Ⅲ sequence holes.
