摘要
针对魏家峁煤矿坚硬顶板难垮落,初次来压步距大,不利于矿井安全生产的现状,在11502综采工作面初采期间对顶板实施水压致裂技术,并通过钻孔窥视发现,水压致裂后岩石产生纵横交错的裂隙,极大地破坏了岩石完整性;进一步对相邻工作面初次来压对比得出,实施水压致裂后,直接顶和基本顶初次来压步距分别减小了8. 5 m和14. 2 m,且来压强度、动载系数均得到了不同程度的降低,充分证明了水压致裂技术对于弱化工作面顶板,缩短初次来压步距效果明显。
In view of the fact that the hard roof of the Weijiabang coal mine is difficult to collapse,the initial pressure step is large,which is not conducive to the safety of the mine. During the initial mining of the 11502 comprehensive mining face,the hydraulic fracturing technique was implemented on the roof,and peeping through boreholes. After the fracturing of the rock,Great damage to the integrity of the rock; further comparison of the initial pressure of adjacent working surfaces shows that,after the hydraulic fracturing is carried out,the initial pressure steps of the direct top and the basic top have been reduced by 8. 5 m and 14. 2 m,respectively,and the coming pressure strength and the moving load coefficient have been reduced to varying degrees. It has been proved that hydraulic fracturing technique has obvious effect on weakening the top plate and shortening the initial pressure step.
