摘要 针对海上某高含水油田面临的采出液脱出污水含油高、净化油含水高的问题,通过对酚胺树脂基聚醚进行交联改性和复配,对现场在用破乳剂进行了配方优化。新配方应用后,两个外排点的水中含油值分别从15 mg/L和24 mg/L左右降低到了7 mg/L和9 mg/L左右,外输原油含水也从0.5%左右逐步降低到0.05%,表明新配方破乳剂的净水和脱水效果突出;而且,在破乳剂用量从140 mg/L逐步降低到78 mg/L的情况下,外排污水含油和外输原油含水指标基本保持不变。 There existed several challenging problems in one of the offshore oilfields of high water content produced liquid in China such as overhigh OIW in outer drainage and overhigh BSW in output crude. By crosslinking the polyether with acrylic acid and the subsequent combination with a reverse demulsifier, the formulation of incumbent demulsifier were modified. After application of the new formulation, the OIW in its two outer drainage site were decreased from about 15 mg/L and 24 mg/L to 7 mg/L and 9 mg/L, and the BSW in output crude was also decreased from about 0.5 % to 0.05 % even if the dose of demulsifier was reduced from 140 mg/L to 78 mg/L.
