摘要
以煤矸石为原料,利用NaOH对其进行改性研究,在恒温振荡条件下对味精厂废水进行吸附实验。分别考察了改性剂质量配比、焙烧时间、焙烧温度、吸附剂加入量对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:最佳制备条件为煤矸石与氢氧化钠质量比为1:0.5,在600℃条件下焙烧1.5 h;最佳吸附条件为50 m L废水投入吸附剂1.0 g,味精厂废水CODCr去除率为83.9%。
The coal gangue was modified by Na OH. The adsorption experiment of wastewater from MSG plant was carried out under the condition of constant temperature oscillation.The effects of mass ratio of modifier, calcination time, calcination temperature and adsorbent amount on adsorption were investigated. The results showed that the best preparation conditions were 1:0.5 mass ratio of coal gangue and Na OH, under the condition of 600 ℃ calcination 1.5 h.The optimal adsorption condition was 50 mL wastewater was put into adsorbent1.0 g, and the removal rate of CODCrof wastewater from MSG plant was 83.9 %.
