为了解决某新建大型化肥生产装置锅炉水系统隔膜加药泵不打压故障,对泵体检修过程中发现的问题进行逐一分析,最终找到了引起加药泵不打压的故障原因,并针对性地采取相应处理措施,消除了加药泵运行故障。

In order to solve the failure of diaphragm charging pump in the boiler water system of a new large fertilizer production plant, the problems found in the process of physical examination and repair of the pump were analyzed one by one.And the failure cause of the pump was finally found,and corresponding treatment measures were taken to eliminate the failure of the charging pump.
