基于Arduino的汽车车身电气CAN总线教学台架设计 被引量:5

摘要 采用开源硬件Arduino作为主控单片机,MCP2515芯片作为CAN控制器,TJA1050芯片作为CAN收发器,设计了CAN通信控制模块,并将其安装在利用实训室淘汰的汽车车身电气件搭建的台架上。教学台架整体功能正常,各档位无干扰,控制反应时间小于0.5s。不仅可以满足职业教育CAN总线通信原理、Arduino编程基础相关课程内容的学习,而且可以为欠发达地区职业院校实训室旧设备升级改造提供一种参考方案。 Using Open source hardware Arduino as the main mieroeontroller, MCP2515 chip as the CAN controller, TJA1050 chip as the CAN transceiver, the CAN communication control module is designed,and is installed on the teaching bench of traditional automotive body electrical parts which are eliminated by the training room. The whole function of the teaching bench is properly, no interferenee in all tap position, and the reaction time is shorter than 0.5s. It not only satisfies the study of CAN bus communication principle and Arduino programming foundation in vocational education, but also provides a referenee scheme for the upgrading of old equipment in training rooms of vocational colleges in less developed areas.
