高职院校顶岗实习学生党建工作新方法探索

Exploration of New Methods of Student Party Construction during Post Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

顶岗实习是高职院校培养高素质技能型人才不可或缺的重要环节,但在顶岗实习阶段,由于多种因素限制,党建工作存在诸多问题,顶岗实习期间学生党员的教育管理工作较为薄弱。通过分析高职院校顶岗实习期间党建工作存在的问题,提出了顶岗实习学生党建工作新方法。

Post practice is the neeessary factor for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, however,there are many problems in party construction during post practice period due to various factors, the management of student party member education is weak during this period. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the party construction during post practice in higher vocational colleges, reveals the significance of strengthening the party construction work, and puts forward new methods of student party construction during post practice.
