靶载有源设备转台伺服随动系统设计

摘要 为了解决有源设备布设于靶船平台上工作时,辐射天线主波束需要始终对准来袭目标方向的问题,提出了一种系统辐射天线控制的方法;基于靶船工作的海上摇摆环境,在简要介绍靶载有源设备转台伺服随动系统组成和工作原理的基础上,进行了转台伺服随动系统设计和跟踪控制模型设计;针对跟踪控制模型进行了仿真分析,确定了系统跟踪精度和航向姿态测量精度。测试结果表明,采用此转台伺服随动系统天线指向准确,实现了靶船动平台上天线指向的实时控制和测量。 The main beam of the active equipment radiation antenna is required to point to the target permanently t when fixed on a target ship.A radiation antenna control system is proposed to solve this problem.Based on target ship swing environment on the sea,the system composition and working principle are introduced. And the track control model of follow-up servo control system of the targetbased active equipment turntable is designed in this paper.Simulation analysis is performed for the track control model,and system track accuracy and azimuth attitude measurement accuracy are determined.Test results show that the dynamic performance and accuracy of the system meet the design requirement,and the technical scheme is feasible.The actual test verifies that the real control and measurement of antenna point can be achieved,and the target-based active equipment can align the spatial target in realtime.
