秦山330MW机组发电机空冷器结露的分析

摘要 秦山330MW机组采用的是定转子线圈用冷却水冷却,发电机的定子铁芯、端部构件及转子表面通过空气冷却,即双水内冷.而空冷器在投切瞬间导致进风风温低或者在初春、初冬季节及梅雨季节等外界湿度大的情况下会发生结露,结露会加大发电机空冷器小室的湿度,如果水溅到定子的绝缘薄弱环节,造成相地或者相间故障,而且结露产生的现象和发电机漏水的现象比较接近,增加了运行人员区分辨认的难度,所以有必要通过探讨对于空冷器结露的机理及处理寻找合适的运行方式来预防和减少结露的发生及产生的不良后果。 Qinshan 330 MW nuclear power unit is the stator coil with cooling water cooling,the generator stator core,end components and rotor surface cooling through the air,namely double cold water. The air cooler in cutting moment lead to intake air temperature is low or in the early spring,such as winter season and monsoon rains outside under the condition of high humidity will happen condensation,condensation will increase the humidity of small generator air cooler room,if the water splashed into the stator insulation weak link,cause phase ground fault or alternate with, and dewing phenomenon and generator water leakage phenomenon is more close,increased the difficulty of the operation personnel to distinguish identify,so it is necessary by discussing the mechanism and process of condensation for air cooler to find the right operation mode to prevent and reduce the occurrence of condensation and cause of adverse consequences.
