简述镁合金表面低温镀铝技术的发展趋势 被引量:1

摘要 本文简述了镁合金基体表面低温镀铝技术的现阶段研究成果,涵盖了数种镀铝熔盐体系,纯铝或铝合金镀覆技术以及镁合金镀铝前处理工艺等方面内容。展望了镁合金表面低温镀铝的发展趋势,包括镀覆光亮纯铝或铝基合金层,离子液体化学镀铝以及铝镀层的后续阳极化处理和电解着色等方面内容。21世纪的人类社会可持续发展离不开绿色环保和节能减排,以镁合金为代表的有色轻金属合金将逐步替代钢铁材料,随着镁合金低温镀铝技术日臻完善,它工业应用的愿景必将实现。 This paper describes the present research results of low temperature aluminum plating on the surface of magnesium alloy,covering several kinds of aluminized molten salt systems,pure aluminum or aluminum alloy plating technology and the pretreatment technology of magnesium alloy plating.The development trend of low temperature aluminum plating on the surface of magnesium alloy was prospected,including bright pure aluminum or aluminum base alloy layer,chemical Aluminizing of ionic liquid and subsequent anodizing and electrolytic coloring of the aluminum coating. The sustainable development of human society in twenty -first CentreT can not be separated from green environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction. The colored light metal alloy represented by magnesium alloy will gradually replace steel material. With the improvement of low temperature aluminum plating technology of magnesium alloy,the vision of its industrial application will be realized.
