摘要
教育创新与社会经济发展一样,需与时俱进,体育教学亦是如此。通过调研安徽地域案例院校体育学生综合能力现状,借助解释结构模型(ISM)剖析其影响因子,划分层级结构,甄别制约体教学生综合能力发展的表层、中间层及深层影响因素,进而提出体育专业创新人才培养的具体对策与建议。
Educational innovation, like social and econonfic development,needs to keep pace with the times,and so does physical education. By investigating the present situation of comprehensive ability of physical education students in Anhui regional eases,this paper analyzes its influencing factors by means of Interpretative Structural Model(ISM),divides the hierarchical structure,and diserinfinates the surface,middle and deep influencing factors which restrict the development of students' comprehensive ability,and then puts forward the concrete eountermeasures and measures for cultivating innovative talents in this major.
