摘要
从项目管理要素集中的范围管理、技术管理、风险管理、质量管理、人力资源管理、沟通管理、采购管理和利益有官方管理的角度出发,分析了波音787项目多次延迟交付的原因,并针对未来复杂民机系统提出相应的建议,包括:项目目标要合理可控、技术权衡和评估要彻底、要充分重视并有效管控项目风险、要高标准严控供应商的质量、要保持项目高级管理层的稳定性、要采取有效的项目沟通模式、要控制项目外包的范围和质量。
This article analyzes the of delay of Boeing 787 project through the analysis of project management elements, those elements include scope management, technical management, risk management, quality management, human resource management and purchase management elements. The article also provides recommendations on future complex commercial aircraft system including: project scope should be reasonable and under control, technical trade-off studies should be thoroughly done, project risks should be addressed and strictly controlled, quality of suppliers should be controlled with high standards, high level management team should be stable, project communication modes should be effective, outsourcing scope and quality should be strictly controlled.
