摘要
本研究是使用数值计算软件对被检管材及存在的缺陷进行数值建模,模拟涡流场对被检对象进行涡流检测的理论研究。目的在于测试在蒸汽发生器传热管探伤中使用不同频率对涡流检测缺陷判识时某些因素的影响;主要是研究针对于同一缺陷在使用不同频率时对缺陷信号响应幅值及相位的影响,并结合工程实际,找出适合对缺陷进行定量分析的最佳频率范围。
This research numerical software to model the tube and the existing defects, and simulate the theoretical study of eddy current field testing The purpose of this study is to test the influence of different frequencies on the detection in the detection of steam generator heat transfer pipe. The main purpose is to study the effect of the same defect on the amplitude and phase of the response to the defect signal at different frequeneies, and to find out the optimal frequeney range for quantitative analysis of defects with the engineering practice.
