摘要 随着我国经济的发展,科学技术水平的不断提高,使得超声导波技术在各行各业中都有着广泛应用,其中在波道结构构件上超声导波技术发挥了巨大优势。例如能够在管道以及板材中,对承压特种设备进行无损检测,进一步控制了检测设备的成本,还在一定程度上提高了设备检测的工作效率以及准确性。本文对超声导波技术的发展进行分析,并与实际工作相结合,对提高其在特种设备检测中的应用进行阐述。 with the development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of science and technology, the ultrasonic guided wave technology has been widely used in all walks of life, among which the ultrasonic guided wave technology has played a huge advantage in the wave structure components. For example, it can conduct non-destructive testing on special equipment of pressure in pipelines and plates, further control the cost of testing equipment, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of equipment testing to some extent. In this paper, the development of ultrasonic guided wave technology is analyzed, and the application of ultrasonic guided wave technology in special equipment detection is expounded.
