广西县级中专发展策略研究

广西发展县级中专是建设现代职业教育体系的重要内容,同时也是打赢扶贫攻坚战、培养新型职业农民、实施乡村振兴战略,稳健加快"富民强桂"新跨越步伐,广西壮大县域经济,振兴广西的必然选择。10年来县级中专发展势头良好,但也存在办学理念陈旧、财政经费不足、职教资源分散、专业服务产业能力不强等问题和挑战。为此,应解放思想,把县级中专发展提到战略的高度;锐意改革,建立以公共财政投入为主体的多元投资机制;改革教师聘用制度,为师资队伍建设开辟"绿色通道";整合资源,建立县级职教中心;提高县级中专专业服务地方经济社会转型升级发展能力。

The development of county-level secondary- schools in Guangxi is an important part of the construction of the modern vocational education system. At the same time,it is also an important part of winning the fight against poverty,training new professional farmers,implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,steadily accelerating the new leap of ＂rich people and strong Gui＂,and expanding the county economy in Guangxi.The inevitable choice of revitalizing Guangxi. In the past 10 years,there has been a good momentum in the development of county-level secondary sehools, but there are also problems and challenges such as old school philosophy, insufficient financial resources, scattered vocational and educational resources,and weak professional service industry capabilities.To this end,we should emancipate our minds and raise the development of secondary schools at the county level to a strategic level.
