In the age of fragmented learning,students are required to fully manage the fragmentation time to learn and improve their comprehensive ability continuously. As an important part of higher education,college English course have a positive impact on the growth of students.The micro-video design and application of college English course is actually a concrete presentation of the micro-teaching mode in college English course.Therefore,this paper analyzes value of the micro-video design and application of college English course in the age of fragmented learning,realizes the effective design of micro -video and applies micro -video to college English classroom to promote the healthy development of college English course.
